Mr. Zhang Jun was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director on 13 February 2026.

Mr. Zhang brings with him extensive experience in business management, with particular expertise in the heavy machinery and generator set industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong capabilities in strategic planning, marketing development, and business expansion.

From February 2024 to January 2025, Mr. Zhang served as Director overseeing project management functions, including real estate development and other business operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving marketing strategies, spearheading business development initiatives, and strengthening client relationships to support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Elitex (FMCG) Pte. Ltd., Mr. Zhang held directorship positions at Indo Peninsula Real Estate and Home Service Co. Ltd. and Webist Pro Sdn. Bhd. During his tenure, he played a key role in strategic management, operational oversight, and expanding business opportunities across various sectors.
